I hope you are as excited as I am for the next 3 weeks!

Because we are a team in this, I hope your goals are the same as mine - to improve the stability, strength & flexibility of your ankle and foot, in less textbook(y) words we are rehabbing your previously injured ankle/foot/leg!

Give me your best effort in this and you'll surprise yourself, your parents and your coaches with your progress.

First Assignment: I need you to identify WHY you are about to work harder, do more, and spend time outside of the gym working toward a stronger ankle? What will you gain from doing so? Here are some common things I hear when I am working with a gymnast just like you:

  • But I've been in a boot for so long... 
  • I just want to tumble!
  • My balance has been so off since my injury.
  • One side feels so much weaker than the other.
  • I'm nervous that I am going to injure myself again...
